Next, opt for socks that wick away moisture, and shoes made of breathable materials, like leather or canvas. Make sure that you always wear socks, and that they are clean and dry, too—change them more than once if you must! Also, rotate your shoes so that each pair has a chance to air out between the times that you wear them.
